                               TRADING STATEMENT

ITIS Holding plc ('ITIS' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that results
for the year ended 31st March 2008 will be slightly ahead of current market
expectations.

The UK business has performed strongly whilst our international business
continues to grow significantly and is experiencing substantial interest leading
to many new initiatives. The Company expects to announce its Preliminary Results
for the year ended 31st March 2008 in June.
