itim launches 'Chameleon 360' Omni-channel store solutions
itim Group plc [AIM: itim], the SaaS-based technology company that enables store-based retailers to optimise their businesses, is pleased to announce it has launched Chameleon 360 as a stand-alone product, which the Directors understand is one of the most powerful Omni-channel store solutions that combines full Omni-channel capabilities at point of sale ('POS').
Chameleon 360 is an Omni-channel store-centric solution that combines full Omni-channel capabilities at POS, with in-store mobile apps, consumer apps, fully integrated with ecommerce platforms.
The 360 platform, which is currently being rolled-out to many of itim's clients, is a complete store-based CRM with full access to a single view of customers both in-store and online, allowing stores to re-engage with their local communities.
The platform gives stores similar functionality that would be expected in a call centre from a 'customer service' perspective. The system also provides store staff with a real-time view of stock across the network.
Chameleon 360's mobile functionality provides assisted selling capabilities, which means store staff can be away from counters and on the floor serving customers:
Product 360: Ensures staff have the right information at their fingertips to delight customers and empower them to become product experts and stylists.
Sell 360: Allows staff to sell to customers from anywhere on the shop floor using mobile devices and quickly adapt to changing store conditions to perform anything from queue busting to providing a "personal shopper" experience.
Customer 360 : Offers store staff instant access to single views of customer, product feedback, wish lists and loyalty programmes.
Stock 360: Allows mobile users to switch easily to more operational tasks, all from the same device. Orders can be managed efficiently from picking to transfers.
