Director Shareholding - amendment
ITM announces on behalf of Lord Walker, a non-executive director of the Company,
a correction to his shareholding. Lord Walker's daughter transferred 1,681
shares to her mother, Lady Walker, on 4 July 2006. The Company, at the time, was
in a close period in relation to the publication of full year results which were
released on 31 July 2006. The Company confirms that neither Lord Walker nor his
connected persons were in possession of further price sensitive information
which would constitute a close period. ITM was notified on Friday 20 July 2007
and the Board confirms there are procedures in place to avoid such share
transfers being affected in a close period.
Lord Walker and connected persons held prior to this transfer 120,000 shares and
now holds 121,681 shares, representing 0.12% of the Company.
