Incorporation of ITM Power GmbH and appointment of Managing Director

ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces the incorporation of ITM Power GmbH, a wholly owned German subsidiary company, and the appointment of Mr. Philip Doran as its Managing Director. The Company is based in Frankfurt am Main.

ITM Power GmbH Managing Director, Phil Doran commented: "This is an exciting move by ITM and recognition of how important the German market is for the early uptake of hydrogen technologies. Our presence in this market is essential if we are to play a full role in the development of the European hydrogen infrastructure both in transportation and energy storage."
