ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at ITM Power Head Office, 22 Atlas Way, Sheffield S4 7QQ, at 1400h on Wednesday, 16 September 2015.
