                                 Board changes

Following the announcement by RAB Capital plc on 20 April 2004 that the offer
for I2S plc by KBC Peel Hunt Ltd on behalf of RAB Capital plc had been declared
wholly unconditional, the Company today announces the following board changes:

The existing board of directors of I2S plc (Neville Buch, The Hon KIM Fraser,
Richard Lascelles and Robert Ware) have each resigned and been replaced by
Christopher de Mattos and Schehrezade Sadeque, all with immediate effect.

Chrisopher Roderick de Mattos (45) is currently a director of RAB Capital plc.
Schehrezade Sadeque (40) is currently a director of RAB Capital plc and Camomile
Properties Limited and in the previous five years was a director of 8 Fleur de
Lis Street (Freehold) Limited.

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2
(f) of the AIM Rules.
