ITV PLC ACQUIRES HOLDING IN INDEPENDENT PRODUCER MAMMOTH

ITV plc owned Granada International has concluded a distribution deal with major
new independent producer Mammoth Screen Limited to acquire worldwide
distribution rights in all media for all programmes developed and/or produced by
Mammoth. Granada International has acquired a 25% equity holding in Mammoth and
exclusive distribution and development rights for £1 million cash consideration.


Nadine Nohr CEO of Granada International said

a new production company founded by producers with the track record and
international awareness to create commercial, innovative programming.  We're
thrilled that they have already hit the ground running in terms of commissions
