Blocklisting

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for the blocklisting of 425,500 convertible shares of 10 pence each to
be admitted to the Official List, these shares will rank pari passu with the
existing convertible shares shares.

These convertible shares are to be issued as a result of future exercise of
options under the following employee share option schemes:
