ITV plc Final Dividend
Dividend Reinvestment Plan
Following payment of the ITV dividend on 2 July 2007, Capita Registrars
purchased 66 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares on behalf of Sir George Russell and 160
ITV plc ordinary 10p shares on behalf of John McGrath, both participants in the
Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 115.3p.
Sir George Russell's interest is now in 4,332 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares.
John McGrath's interest is now in 10,524 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares
