                  ITV plc Deferred Share Award Plan (the Plan)

Awards vesting under the Plan - 17 March 2008

On 17 March 2006 a number of executives and directors were granted awards over
ordinary shares and nil cost options over shares of the Company under the Plan
based on the achievement of performance targets.

Under the rules of the Plan the balance of shares remaining under the award were
released, and nil cost options became exercisable and were exercised, on 17
March 2008.

On 17 March 2008 the Trustee sold sufficient shares at 61.0194p per share to
satisfy income tax, national insurance liabilities and costs, and the balance
were retained by the participants.
