                  ITV plc Deferred Share Award Plan (the Plan)



Awards made under the Plan - 15 March 2007

On 15 March 2007 a number of executives and a director of ITV plc were granted
awards over ordinary shares of the Company under the Plan based on the
achievement of performance targets in respect of the period from 1 January 2006
to 31 December 2006.  The director of the Company received awards in the form of
nil cost options as set out below, which, under the Rules of the Plan can not
exercised by him until 31 December 2007 (50%) and 31 December 2008 (50%).

out below, which, under the Rules of the Plan will not be released to them until
31 December 2007 (100%).

Awards vesting under the Plan - 16 March 2007

On 17 March 2005 and 17 March 2006 a number of executives and directors were
granted awards over ordinary shares of the Company under the Plan based on the
achievement of performance targets.   The award made to John Cresswell on 17
March 2006 was in the form of nil cost options



Under the rules of the Plan shares under these awards were released and nil cost
options became exercisable and were exercised on 16 March 2007.  On 16 March
2007 the Trustee sold sufficient shares at 105.75p per share to satisfy income
tax and national insurance liabilities and the balance were retained by the
participants.
