Sir Peter Bazalgette joins ITV Board
ITV plc today announced that Sir Peter Bazalgette is to join the Board of the broadcaster as a non-executive director with effect from 1 June 2013.
Sir Peter is currently the Chair of the Arts Council and President of the Royal Television Society. He was formerly Chief Creative Officer of Endemol where he created successful television formats and exploited them globally.
Archie Norman, Chairman of ITV plc, said:

His appointment is an important further step in building an ITV board capable of combining deep commercial skills with knowledge and understanding of the creative industries.
