Further to the announcement made on 21 September 2005, Henry Staunton resigned
from the Board of ITV plc on 29 March 2006.

Charles Allen, Chief Executive, said:

'We wish Henry the very best for the future and thank him for agreeing to remain
with ITV to complete the handover to John Cresswell as his successor.'
