ITV sells 021 Television Limited

ITV plc today announces the sale of 021 Television Limited, its outside
broadcast facilities business, to Gravity Media Group Limited, for a cash
consideration of £4.5 million.

The sale represents a continuation of the successful disposal programme of
non-core assets which has generated £281 million in cash in an 18-month period
since July 2004.
