Reorganisation of share capital and scheme of arrangement - High Court sanction

ITV plc announces that today the High Court of Justice of England and Wales
granted an order sanctioning the scheme of arrangement and confirming the
related reduction of capital in connection with its reorganisation of share
capital. It is expected that the scheme of arrangement and related reduction of
capital will become effective later today.
