Dividend Reinvestment Plan

On 9 January 2006, following payment of the ITV dividend, Capita Registrars
purchased 45 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares on behalf of Sir George Russell, a
participant in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 118.95p.


Sir George Russell is now interested in 4,145 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares.


Individual Savings Account Reinvestment of Shares

On 9 January 2006 following payment of the ITV dividend, HSBC Nominees Limited
purchased 14 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares on behalf of Henry Staunton and 13 ITV
plc ordinary 10p shares on behalf of Charles Allen at a price of 118.44p.


Henry Staunton is now interested in a total of 2,557,799 ITV plc ordinary 10p
shares.



Charles Allen is now interested in a total of 3,872,169 ITV plc ordinary 10p
shares.
