The Trustees of the ITV Employees' Benefit Trust bought ITV plc shares in the
market as follows -

On 13 December 2006 the ITV Employees' Benefit Trust also bought 7,690,570 ITV
ordinary shares from the Granada Employees' Benefit Trust. The price paid per
share was 109.75p.
The ITV Employees' Benefit Trust is a discretionary trust established for the
benefit of employees of ITV plc and its subsidiaries.
