ITV plc statement regarding Bond Buy-Back

ITV plc ("ITV") announces that it has made the following repurchases of its debt to the value of £183.6m:

·      All of its £110m Eurobonds due March 2013

·      £73.6m of its £383m Eurobonds due October 2015

ITV now has no major debt repayment due until 2014.

Adam Crozier, ITV Chief Executive, said:

"These buybacks are consistent with our focus on cost control, cash generation and strenghtening of the balance sheet."
