Purchase of €59,950,000 4.75% Notes due 2011 (the "Notes")

The Company announces the purchase of €59,950,000 of its outstanding 4.75% Notes due 2011.  

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions the purchased Notes will be cancelled as of today's date, reducing the outstanding principal amount of the Notes to €171,663,000.

1. Since October 2008 the Notes have paid a coupon of 6%.
