Additional Listing


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange
for a block listing of 50,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each (the 'Shares')
of the Company to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance and to trading
on the London Stock Exchange ('Admission').

It is expected that Admission will be granted on 1 November 2007.These Shares
will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant
to the exercise of options and subject to the rules of the Company's Share
Incentive Plan 2007.

Theses shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when the scheme rules
allow.
