Phytopharm plc (the Company) announces that, in accordance with the requirements of Prospectus Rule 5.2 issued by the Financial Services Authority, and following publication of the Annual Report on 3 December 2009, the following information has been published or made available to the public between 3 March 2009 and 3 December 2009 inclusive, in compliance with laws and rules dealing with the regulation of securities, issuers of securities and securities markets.
