Phytopharm PLC ('the Company')
The Company received notification today from Robert Fleming Holdings Ltd that
on behalf of JP Morgan Chase & Co and its subsidiary The Fleming Mercantile
Investment Trust PLC, it no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary
share capital of the Company.
