Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification today from AMVESCAP PLC, informing it that
following a purchase if 100,000 shares on 23 July 2002 , AMVESCAP PLC and
subsidiary companies on behalf of discretionary clients have a non beneficial
interest in 3,904,234 ordinary 1p shares, representing 10.11% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
