Notification of Major Interests in Shares
The Company received a notification on 11 October 2002 from AMVESCAP PLC,
informing it that following a purchase of 775,000 shares on 10 October 2002 ,
AMVESCAP PLC and subsidiary companies on behalf of discretionary clients have a
non beneficial interest in 5,110,228 ordinary 1p shares, representing 13.24% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The Shares are registered in the following names:
