Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification today from AMVESCAP PLC, informing it that
following a purchase of 100,000 shares on 26 September 2002 , AMVESCAP PLC and
subsidiary companies on behalf of discretionary clients have a non beneficial
interest in 4,335,228 ordinary 1p shares, representing 11.23% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
