following the purchase of 30,000 Ordinary shares on 16th April 2004, INVESCO 
Perpetual UK Investment Series ICVC is the beneficial owner of 4,699,974 
Ordinary Shares of 1p each representing 11.06%. The shares are registered in the 
name of Vidacos Nominees Limited.
