following the internal re-allocation of shares, INVESCO Perpetual UK Investment 
Series (UK ICVC) is the beneficial owner of 7,731,194 Ordinary 1 pence shares of 
Phytopharm plc, representing 15.10%. The shares are registered in the name of 
Vidacos Nominees Limited.
