Preliminary Results - Change of Date

Due to the impending tube strike on 29 November, Phytopharm plc will now be announcing its preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2010 on Tuesday 30 November 2010.  An analyst meeting will take place at 9.30am at the office of Financial Dynamics, Holborn Gate 26 Southampton Buildings, London, WC2.
