The Board of Phytopharm plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held on
27 March 2007 all the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

The proxy figures for the resolutions will be displayed shortly on the Company's
website www.phytopharm.com.

As required by the Listing Rules, copies of all the resolutions passed, other
than those concerning ordinary business, have been submitted to the UK Listing
