Paul Blakeley, a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jadestone, acquired a total of 100,000 common shares of no par value at a price of GBp 66.00 per share, for a total cost of £66,000.00. 

Following the transaction, Mr. Blakeley holds a total of 2,582,798 common shares, which represents 0.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
