NOPTA Approval of CWLH Asset Title Transfer
17 May 2023 - Singapore: Jadestone Energy plc ("Jadestone" or the "Company"), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, is pleased to announce that it has received approval from Australia's National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator ("NOPTA") for the title transfer relating to the acquisition of the interest in the CWLH fields offshore Australia (originally announced in July 2022).
As stated in the Company's 2022 preliminary unaudited full-year results announcement on 25 April 2023, the NOPTA approval referenced above is a key condition to drawing the reserves-based loan ("RBL") which is currently being arranged with several banks. The Company continues to progress the RBL workstreams and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.
