Remuneration Committee has awarded the Directors of the Company options over 5p
ordinary shares as detailed below:

Mr Gordon Oliver                      40,000 shares
Mr Mark Halstead                      40,000 shares



The date of the grant is 4 July 2007, the exercise price is 578.85p and the
period of exercise is between the third and the tenth anniversary from the date
of the grant.
