Director's shareholding

The Company announces that, on 21 December 2010, Mark Halstead, the Company's Chief Executive, exercised options over 40,000 ordinary James Halstead shares of 5p each at a price of 354.25 pence per share. On the same day Mr Halstead sold these shares at a price of 779 pence per share.
