Director's shareholding

The Company announces that, on 31 March 2010, Gordon Oliver, the Company's Finance Director, exercised options over 18,300 ordinary James Halstead shares of 5p each at a price of 354.25 pence per share. On the same day Mr Oliver sold these shares at a price of 585 pence per share.
