Cumulative Preference Shares of £1 each ('Preference Shares') at 79.5 pence per
share on 8 June 2004.

The Company has also been advised that Mr Halstead's wife has purchased 41,453
Preference Shares at 79.5 pence per share on 8 June 2004.

Following this notification, Mr Halstead and his family's holding is 83,405
Preference Shares.
