In accordance with the rules of the James Halstead Share Option Plan, the Remuneration Committee has awarded certain Directors of the Company options over 5p ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below:

The date of the grant is 21^st July 2014, the exercise price is 270.29p and the period of exercise is between the third and tenth anniversary from the date of the grant.
