James Halstead plc - Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify
the market of the following:
James Halstead plc's capital consists of:
• 51,116,072 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights;
• 200,000 5.5% cumulative preference shares with no voting rights (except
in the case that payment of a dividend is over six months in arrears);
• 16,042,530 'B' shares of 1p each with no voting rights; and
• 4,422,024 'C' shares of 60p each with no voting rights.
James Halstead plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in James Halstead plc is
51,116,072.
The above figure of 51,116,072 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, James Halstead plc under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
