1  Annual General Meeting

Please be advised that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held
today, all resolutions of the ordinary business as set out in the Notice of
Annual General Meeting dated 11 April 2001, being resolutions 1 - 6,
were duly passed.  The members' resolutions 1 - 4 as set out in the
Addendum to Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 25 April 2001, were not
passed.


2  Special General Meeting


Please be advised that at the Special General Meeting of the Company held
today, the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of Special General
Meeting dated 11 April 2001 was duly passed.
