PUBLICATION OF 2019 ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited (the 'Company') has today published on the Company's website, www.jardines.com, its Annual Report in respect of the year ended 31st December 2019 (the 'Annual Report'). The notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting and form of proxy are also being made available on the website.
A printed copy of the Annual Report, together with the notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting and form of proxy (together the 'Documents'), are today being posted to shareholders. At the time of sending the Documents, it is impossible to predict what impact COVID-19 might have on postal services around the globe. Accordingly, there may be delays for the Documents to be received by some registered shareholders. In light of these possible delays registered shareholders should consider visiting the Company's website to access and print the proxy form, to ensure that they can complete and send it to the Company's registrars/transfer agent by the deadline set out in the proxy form. If investors require assistance, please contact the Company's registrars/transfer agent. It is also recommended that investors appoint the Chairman of the Meeting as their proxy.
Copies of the Documents have also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority (the 'FCA') in the United Kingdom via the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
The information required by the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5 of the FCA is included in the preliminary announcement of results for the year ended 31st December 2019 made by the Company on 5th March 2020 and in the Annual Report.
