In compliance with LR 9.6.13R of the listing rules of the Financial Services Authority (the 'FSA'), we set out below the directorships in other publicly quoted companies in the previous five years of Mr Y K Pang who was appointed as a Director of the Company with effect from 1st April 2011:-

- Hongkong Land Holdings Limited
- MCL Land Limited (ceased to be a publicly quoted company on 14th February 2011 following privatization)

We confirm that there are no other details in respect of Mr Pang as required under LR 9.6.13R of the listing rules of the FSA which need to be disclosed by the Company.
