Following the transfer, E P K Weatherall's interest in the 11,902 ordinary shares has changed from the interest of a connected person being Saltire Trustees (Overseas) Limited (the trustee of a family trust) to the interest of other connected persons being Bertram Edward Johnson Weatherall in respect of 2,655 shares, Stella Nony Weatherall in respect of 2,430 shares, Ruby Susanna Weatherall in respect of 3,180 shares (adult children who share the same household for over 12 months), and Honor Violet Weatherall in respect of 3,637 shares (minor child).

There has been no change in the total number of shares in which E P K Weatherall is interested.
