HOLDINGS LIMITED ('THE COMPANY') HELD BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE 1947 TRUST. THE
INCOME FROM THE 1947 TRUST MAY BE DISTRIBUTED TO SENIOR EXECUTIVE OFFICERS AND
EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY AND ITS WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARIES. AS A RESULT, ALL
DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY ARE DEEMED TO HAVE AN INTEREST AS DISCRETIONARY OBJECTS
UNDER THE TRUST.
