JARDINE MATHESON HOLDINGS LIMITED (the 'Company')

On behalf of the Company, we wish to advise that Mr Anthony John Liddell Nightingale will retire as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 31st March 2012 and Mr Benjamin William Keswick, an existing Director, has been appointed in his place with effect from 1st April 2012.  Mr Nightingale will remain as a non-executive Director of the Company.

We also advise that Mr Adam Phillip Charles Keswick has been appointed as Deputy Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1st April 2012.
