Contract Win and Transaction in own shares
The Company is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Sigma
Financial Management Limited to provide them with nominee and trading services
on an introducing broker basis.
Further the Company announces that it sold 200,000 ordinary shares from Treasury
(ex-dividend) at a price of 80 pence per share on 3 August 2006 to meet
institutional demand.
The Company also announces that between 2 August 2006 and 3 August 2006 it
bought 10,000 shares at a price of 92 pence per share. The Company now holds
10,000 shares in Treasury. The Company will continue to purchase its own shares
for Treasury when appropriate and in accordance with the authority granted by
its Members.
