Contract Wins and Notice of Results

The Board of Jarvis is pleased to announce that since the announcement on 17 December 2008, the Company has signed two further commercial outsourced services contracts. The Company is in advanced discussions or shortlisted for several other contracts and anticipates gaining further mandates during the coming year.

The Company's annual results for the year ended 31 December 2008 will be released on Wednesday, 4 March 2009.
