Disclosure of Interest of Director's significant shareholding
The Company received notification on 31 March 2009 that on the same day, Sion Holdings Limited ('Sion') sold and Sionew Holdings Limited ('Sionew') purchased 6,970,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('the Shares'), in each instance at 126.5p per share. The ultimate beneficial owners of Sionew and Sion are exactly the same and have not changed as a result of this transaction.
Following this transaction Sion no longer has an interest in ordinary shares in the Company and Sionew has an interest in 6,970,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 66.62 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
Andrew Grant, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company, will have the same controlling interest in Sionew as he did previously in Sion. Mr Grant's total interest in the Company therefore remains unchanged at 6,975,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 66.67 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
