DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Jarvis announces that it is declaring a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 4.25 pence per share, to be paid on 11 December 2014 to shareholders on the register on 21 November 2014 and the shares will become ex-dividend on 20 November 2014.

DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN

A Dividend Reinvestment Plan is being offered and the final date for elections for reinvestment of the first quarterly interim dividend is 28 November 2014. Any shareholder requiring further information should contact the Company.

TRADING UPDATE

The Board is pleased to confirm that the company continues to trade in line with market expectations.
