                        Dividend Declaration


Following the continuing strong performance of the Company so far  in
2007, Jarvis is  pleased to  declare an  interim dividend  of 4p  per
Ordinary share  (increased by  60%  on the  2.5p  paid for  the  2006
interim) to be paid on 20 July 2007 to the holders of Ordinary shares
on the register as at 22 June  2007. The Ex-dividend date is 20  June
2007.

Further, the  Company  anticipates issuing  details  of a  number  of
contract wins shortly.
