Jarvis Securities Plc ('the Company')
Trading Statement
Jarvis Securities Plc ('Jarvis Securities') announces that its subsidiary Jarvis
Investment Management plc ('Jarvis') has won two further contracts to provide
equity trading settlement services bringing the total new Model B type contracts
so far this year to four.
The first contract is with Bridge Hall Stockbrokers Ltd who have become
Appointed Representatives of Jarvis until such time as they apply to The London
Stock Exchange for membership in their own right at which time they will move to
a Model B arrangement.
The second agreement is to provide Luke Securities Ltd who have already applied
to the LSE for membership with a Model B settlement service.
Additionally Jarvis is in discussions with further firms for its settlement
services and investment administration. The Board is encouraged by the take up
and hopes to see the benefit of these contract wins in its future results.
