Transaction in Own Shares & Directors/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company announces that, on 25 and 26 January 2007, it acquired 20,000
Ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 98.2p per share to be held
in Treasury pending cancellation.
Further, Mr Andrew Grant, Chairman, and Mr Mathew Edmett, Finance Director, each
acquired 4,750 Ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 99.44p.
Both Mr Grant and Mr Edmett now have an interest in 4,750 ordinary shares
representing 0.042% of the issued share capital each.
The Company's issued share capital now comprises 11,280,000 Ordinary 1p shares.
